Lock-Up-Garages

The lock-up-garages are situated at various locations in North London and are suitable for the parking of motor vehicles or personal storage. All the garages offer 24-hour access and are, subject to availability, ready for immediate occupation.

All the garages are brick/block built with a corrugated roof and a metal up-and-over door to the front that comes with the standard garage locking system as well as a hasp and staple for the tenant to place their own padlock on as added security. The garages vary slightly in size but are approximately 2.440m (8 foot) wide by 5.180m (17 foot) long with a 2.135m (7 foot) wide door opening.

The garages are let on a simple monthly tenancy agreement that allows for one calendar months notice when the tenant wishes to vacate. After the initial deposit and rent payment are received the tenant is given access to the garage and from then on further rental payments are made by standing order on the first day of each month.
